For Payload. The Daitengu is the Orion Sovereignty's covert operations mech, built around the advantage of having a cyborg pilot. Its cockpit is especially designed to integrate with an operator's cybernetic implants, improving its performance through direct nerve-feedback. This gives the Daitengu unprecedented reflexes and agility, at the cost of some discomfort.

The Karasu variant is a built exclusively for agents of the Emperor. It is equipped with technology provided by Nagano Cyberdynamics, such as the aforementioned cyber-integration and optimized reaction servos for close quarters fighting. It is armed with two light railguns, normally in a standby mode on its back, rotating into position on either side of its torso. Its shoulder-shields hide rocket pods topped with magnesium burst warheads, ensuring to disorient targets before tearing them apart with its clawed hands. The arms also contain hidden scatterguns. This particular model is also equipped with a deadly tail, giving it an additonal claw and scattergun built into the tip.

The Karasu excels at close combat, using its low-detection camouflage plating to avoid long ranged opponents before closing in.
